Display thank you for your help but now i have another problem the display is screen is black how do i get the screen illuminated again once again this is for the KDC-MP4032 CD Player

There is no easy fix for this problem, the radio must get looked at by a trained technician. The problem is an electrical one and there are a couple of things it could be.
You may have a regulator out on the main board of the radio, you may have a bad LCD display, may even be some broken solder joints on the display or on the main board. I have even seen some with a cracked display board being the cause.

If you know how to check voltages and have a multimeter let me know and I will tell you what components to check. You will also need a power supply to power the radio on your bench or table. You can not do this with the radio in the car.
