This is something that I really cannot explain how to do in a single post. I would recommend that you start reading W3Schools. Basically, there are a number of ways you can create a website. There are many program out there than can do most of the work for you, such as Dreamweaver (a more expensive product). You can also use pre-made layouts such as webs.com. If you really want to learn how to custom-make your own website from the ground up, you will need to go through W3schools, or something like that. You will want to learn html, probably css, and javascript. These are a few of the basic programming languages that make up the backbone of the web.

Two separate things.When you boot your computer into Windows, it is asking for the Administrator Password also known as a BIOS Password.Then there may be separate User Account Passwords.And finally, it you are using any of the Microsoft email accounts, MSN, Outlook, Hotmail accounts, you sign into those accounts using the email address and password. That is where 'signing into Microsoft' comes into play. It can be further complicated by the fact that you can use your Microsoft mail credentials to sign into websites like Google, which it do. I sign into Google using my MSN email address, but with a different password, just for Google...
