I have a leak where The air switch is. The leak is
The Air Tubing presses onto the little nipple on the underside of the air button. There is no seal on this set up. Once the air hose is attached to the nipple there should no air leakage when the air button is pressed. Before you install the air hose you might cut off half inch on the end to make sure the end has not splits and you get a good piece of hose so it will seal properly.US Parts Center

I have a old Jacuzzi that is leaking. on the tub
Take the unit off of the tub and see if there is a seal there,if there is a seal there try putting some silicone caulking around the seal or where the seal would be and then put the unit back together but don't over tighten the unit until the caulking is cured(24hrs) and then tighten the unit back up and this should seal it back up,unless the water is leaking past the actual switch itself, then you will need to replace this switch!Good Luck!!

Breaker trips on startup
If your circuit breaker is tripping when you turn the pump on it is caused by a bad motor. The motor probably has a short in it causing the breaker to trip,Replace your pump and that should solve your problem with the breaker. There is an outside chance you may have a bad circuit breaker too.US Parts Center

How do you replace a jacuzzi air switch
The air switch used in jetted tubs is mounted in the box on the bath pump.Remove the pump from under the tub and take the top of the little box off by removing the two screws holding it in place.Once the screws are removed you may lift the lid off and you will see two wires going to the air switch, one wire coming from the pump power cord and the other from inside the motor.Remove the two wires from the air switch and then remove the air switch from the pump by taking off the nut that holds the air switch in place.Reinstall the air switch by putting the two wires back onto the air switch and put the cover back on the box on the motor.rodus parts center888-521-6183

Hot tub won't come on
Start at the spa.
- Do you have voltage coming to the terminal strip in the control box?
- Is it the correct voltage?
- Do you have voltage at any point after that?
- Is there power coming out of the transformer?
these are the starting points to determine if you have a bad circuit board or a bad transformer.Rod

Why is it flashing fl and why is watercod
FL is used by some for a water flow problem. If you have the error then these are a few things to check.
- Check for a dirty filter.
- Check your gate valves on each side of the pump
- Make sure they are fully open
- Check the pressure switch to ensure it is operational
if you do not have enough water flow in the system it will not turn on the heater. The heater not being on will obviously allow the tub water to go cold.

My jacuzzi motor is not working
When you push the button and the motor does not turn on there a couple of things to check. Is there power to the pump? check the circuit breakerIf there is power to the motor then the air button on the top of the tub may be bad or it could be the air switch inside the motor.Rod

Circuit braker keep popping
Sounds like the heating element has gone out again. Once you reset the circuit breaker and the tub turns on it will start to circulate the water. This usually runs like this for about 2 mins and then the tub will recognize it is cold and send power to the heater. If the element is back at that point it will blow the circuit breaker. If this circuit breaker pops as soon as you turn it on then you most likely have a bad circuit board.Rod

Hot water is very slow coming out spout. Cold water comes out fine with good pressure..
the anti scald is adjusted too low. its located under/behind the handle. it usually has am allen wrench head. remove the handle and adjust it all the all the way to hot that should fix it. on some models you can remove the entire thing, but on some that will cause the handle turn 360deg because in some models its also the stopping point of the handle. hope this helps

Three button control panel for jacuzzi tub
Pull off all three knobs and then the plastic graphic rings and you will find 2 screws under each. After removing the screws the whole plate can pop off. If your problem is anything like mine, your air pump is full of water and needs to be replaced. After removing all the screws you can carefully pry it up with a thin tool, it is most likely caulked to the tub. You can find replacement parts and names for it here: http://www.guillens.com/index.jsp?path=product&part=124772&ds=dept&process=search&text=JAC%20%20G107XXXHope that helps
