For replacement parts your best bet is to you use the on-line dealer locator:

http://www.jacuzzi.com/baths/pages/dealer-locator

or you can shop on-line from one of their authorized retailers; however did not see any of the parts you are looking for at the sites I checked:

My mother has a Jacuzzi

*********** has a Jacuzzi Perfecta.
This came in two models... one with a round bowl, the other with an elongated bowl.
Both of them use the BN30 BN31 tank.

If you have trouble tracking down a gasket, you might try using plumbers' putty.
Be aware, though, that there have been reports of the back of these tanks cracking. Check the tank to ensure that the leakage is coming from the gasketed surface, and not from a crack.

Good luck!

It appears that Lowe's is the primary supplier of this type of tub so that would be one place to start with.
Another option is to contact Whitewater who seems to be the manufacturer of the tub and here is a link for them.
Here is another link for a spa parts place I found on a search.

I do not endorse any of the suppliers and only provide them as a guide to help you out but you need to use all normal precautions when making a purchase from any supplier of goods or services.

Hope this helps,

if when you push the air button it will not turn off the pump, it may be the button that is bad on the top of the tub or the air switch located in the motor.
take the pump out and plug it into an outlet. get a straw and blow into the air switch with the pump plugged in still. if it comes on then the button on the top of the tub is bad. if it doesn't come on then the air switch is bad.

We use our jacuzzi once

the problem is bacteria building up in the water lines once the water dries. You should be using a jet cleaning product to clean the water lines out before they dry.

We have several different good cleaners on our site that all work well at keeping bacteria out of your water lines.
You can click on the link below and it will show you what is available.

The bath was working, then it stopped. I checked

there are several reasons a pump will not turn on/off.
1. there is no power to the pump - check the circuit breaker up the the point where the pump plugs in.
2. the pump is bad.
3. the air switch in the motor is bad.
4. the button on the tub is bad.

I have a regular size bath tub with a jacuzzi with

First of all make sure you have the tub filled with water to a level above the jet inlets. They normally have a sensor to prevent the tub from starting dry.

Next, check and reset any GFCI electrical receptacles that might be on the same circuit as the tub. They are the wall receptacles that have the 2 little buttons in the middle. Look in the bathroon, adjacent bedroom, closets etc.

The only other thing you can really check on your own is the air tube leading to that metal switch on your tub. The switch is not electrical for safety, it is a little air pumper with a plastic hose attached to it leading to an air powered actuator on the pump. Sometimes the hose dries up / comes loose / falls off. Check if there is an access panel on the tub where you can look inside and see if the plastic hose is still attached at both ends. You might even be able to unscrew the metal switch cover and lift it up and see from there. Otherwise try fpumping the metal switch (firm repeated pushing) to see if that will activate the pump. If that does the trick then it is probably just a loose connection / leak on the air hose such that it is not quite airtight.

Good luck and please comment back if this was at all helpful or if you need further assistance.
Thanks.
Joe.

No response from any of the four buttons on my

I would check all the wiring to start with. make sure all the cords are plugged into the control box nice and tight.
after that it is a matter of diagnostics.
if the pump is coming to to purge the system it sounds to me like one of the relay's on the circuit board may be out in which case you will need either a new circuit board for the control box if the company sells it separately or a new control box to fix your system.

sounds like the motor might be the problem. Motors have a thermal overload switch inside them to prevent them from bursting into flames. Once the reach a certain temperature they will shut down. After it cools down then it will come right back on.
I would check the motor. is it making any weird noises? screeching..rubbing...clicking...
might have a bearing going out or problems with the windings.

When you push the air button and nothing happens it could be the air button is bad or could indicate the air switch in the motor is bad.
pull out the motor and plug it into a wall outlet. take a straw and push it onto the air switch, where the air tubing was connected, and blow into it.
if the pump comes on then you will need a new air button on the top of the tub. If however it does not come on then will need the air switch that is on the motor to rectify the problem.

When I flush the toilet,

Attached to the Flushvalve is a rubber stopper commonly called a flapper. If the flapper is worn this would cause the problem. Also sometimes the chain that attaches the flapper to the handle gets caught and the flapper sdoes not seat right. Check this, if it is clear and not obstructed try repalcing the flapper.

One of the jet assemblies

once a jet face has fallen out of a hot tub that means the insert has failed and is broken. you will need to locate a new jet insert. Jet inserts have little tabs on them that hold them in place and when they get worn out the jet face will fall out into the tub.

1980's jacuzzi bathtub, won't turn on (seems to be

you will need to open up the back of the tub where the pump is and see if there is a clear tube about 1/4" OD attached to the backside of it close to the pump cord.
If it is there then you will need to check out the air switch on the motor that the air tubing attaches to to see if it is good. If it will activate the pump when you blow into it with a straw then the air button on the top of the bathtub is probably bad and needs to be changed. if it does not turn the pump on/off when you blow into it then you will need a new air switch.
