It is a make that only shows up on Fixya. If it is an electronic keypad, just use a magnet to open it, change the batteries and reset the code. If it is a lock only safe, you will need a locksmith who is good with an impressioning tool to make a new key.

You can do two things one is the correct repair. replace the momentary contact switch (the button) this will require soldering skills and tools.
you can also take it apart and short the two connections for a quick change but this is not my best choice. it will act as the button being pushed.

Keys are typically used for overriding the electronic lock when the batteries die.
I would insert key turn, then try the handle.
if key wont rotate jiggle handle while turning key.
lube the lock with a small amount of PTFE lube or Teflon
repeat.
This should get you into the thing so you can change the batteries that are most likely dead.

If the door is open yes you can. If it is an electronic lock, you just Press and hold the red reset button to reset the code by entering a new code twice. If it is a dial combination safe (unlikely with 6 digits, unless it has two dials of 3 numbers?). That would be an easy job for a Locksmith / Safesmith.
